Daniel joined OneE in November 2011 and was recruited as an IT apprentice to assist in IT support, expanding the existing IT Support team providing help and support to all staff.
Daniel previously gained an Advanced Diploma in Creative and Media and an A Level in Media Studies. Daniel then completed an IT apprenticeship course at Level 2, including units such as Customer Care, Hardware Installation and Computer Forensics. He was then employed by OneE to further and complete the apprenticeship resulting in becoming a fully qualified IT Support Technician and gaining three Microsoft qualifications.
