Adam joined OneE in June 2011 and was recruited to expand the existing IT team to provide support to all staff. Previously, Adam completed a GNVQ advanced course in IT and from this started working for a software distribution company where his main role was to carry out hardware installations and software training to high street fashion retailers. This also included setting up their internal windows networking using email and VPN communications.
Adam also has seven years experience in dealing with IT support for regular clients which involved using fault finding and diagnostics skills to solve any hardware and software related problems.
