After graduating with an economics degree in 1996, Bashir worked as a management consultant within the telecommunications field for six years, before being headhunted in October 2002.
Bashir's primary role is to ensure OneE Tax is able to sustain its impressive growth by formulating strategy, developing systems and recruiting the staff needed to successfully deliver an increasingly sophisticated range of services to a rapidly growing client base. In addition to overseeing the day to day running of OneE Tax, Bashir heads up the OneE Group business angel division which has acquired several well known brands, as well as successfully partnered with a variety of home grown owner managed businesses.
