Dalya joined the OneE team in Summer 2010 as Travelling PA to Sufyan Ismail (CEO), working closely with Sufyan, accompanying him to all client meetings and providing administrative support.

Dalya is now Senior PA to Sufyan and works from the Head Office in Bolton providing full administrative support to Sufyan, ranging from full diary management to event organising and project management.

Previously, Dalya has worked as PA for a firm of Surveyors and Architects, before promotion to Executive Assistant to the MD of an Energy Company.

Dalya holds a Certificate in First Line Management, is an Associated Member of the Institute of Leadership & Management and a member of the Association of Personal Assistants.

Dalya also holds a HND in music and during her spare time, enjoys performing as a professional solo vocalist in venues throughout the Northwest.
