Wills and Trusts Advisor
A graduate in philosophy from the University of Nottingham, Tim joined OneE as part of a graduate recruitment drive in the Autumn of 2006. Since then Tim has helped develop our in-house legal department, assisting with the drafting of our Shariah-compliant wills and trusts. Tim is also responsible for the firm’s Probate Department, and liaises frequently with the Family Court and HMRC on inheritance tax and probate matters. In addition Tim manages OneE’s Domicile Department and is experienced in obtaining HMRC verification for clients of their non domicile status.
In recent months Tim has started working on the regulated side of the business, assisting the advisers with dealing with small self administered pension scheme (SSAS) clients and their day- to-day requirements, and has begun to administer some of the more bespoke tax solutions offered by OneE.
